Brockton
High School Construction Project
PROJECT INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the Brockton High School Project website! This site is your resource for information about the project, the partnership with the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA), the schedule, process and upcoming MSBA modules.
The project team is currently working on the Feasibility Study which will include the status of the current conditions and development and evaluation of potential alternative building solutions. The team will then move through the Schematic Design Phase of the preferred option.
As a result of the collaboration between the Brockton School District and the MSBA, the design alternatives to be evaluated as part of the feasibility study will be based on an enrollment of 3,640 students.
The entire Feasibility Study process is estimated to take 18-24 months.
